At Claritas Intelligence, we are committed to delivering high-quality market intelligence that meets your business needs. Given the digital nature of our products, our return policy is structured to balance customer satisfaction with the inherent characteristics of digital goods.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
Syndicate (Pre-published) Reports
General Rule: Digital reports are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as they constitute immediately delivered digital goods.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: - Change of mind after download - The report does not meet your specific internal expectations - Forecasts that differ from actual market outcomes (as projections are inherently estimates) - Purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request
Custom Research Projects
Custom research engagements are subject to a separate project agreement. General guidelines:
Cancellation Before Work Commences: Full refund of any advance payment, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellation Within 72 Hours of Kick-off: 50% refund of the total project value.
Cancellation After Significant Work is Completed: Refunds are assessed based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, at our discretion.
Delivery Disputes: If the final deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, we will revise the work at no additional charge. If revision does not resolve the issue, a partial refund may be offered.
Consulting and Briefing Call Services
Briefing Calls: - Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: Full credit toward future services. - Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% credit toward future services. - No-shows without prior notice: Not eligible for refund or credit.
Consulting Retainers: - Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. - Fees for work already performed during the notice period are non-refundable.
Free Sample Reports
Free sample reports are provided at no charge and are therefore not subject to refund or return requests. Sample content is indicative only and may not reflect the full scope, depth, or currency of the complete report.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team within the applicable timeframe:
Step 1: Email [email protected] with subject line: "Refund Request — [Order ID]"
Step 2: Include the following information: - Your full name and registered email address - Order ID or invoice number - Report title or service description - Reason for the refund request - Supporting evidence where applicable (e.g., screenshot of technical error)
Step 3: Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Q1 2026 Edition Reports
Reports published under the Q1 2026 Edition label are updated publications incorporating the latest market data through Q1 2026. These reports carry the same refund eligibility as standard syndicate reports outlined above.
If you purchased an older edition of the same report and wish to upgrade to the Q1 2026 Edition, please contact us at [email protected]. Upgrade pricing may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of account access and restrictions on future purchases.
We will respond promptly to any payment disputes and work collaboratively to reach a fair resolution.
Policy Updates
This Return Policy may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website.
