By accessing or using the Claritas Intelligence platform, purchasing any reports, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and Claritas Intelligence Ltd. ("Claritas Intelligence", "we", "us", or "our").

Claritas Intelligence provides market intelligence services including:

• •Syndicate Reports: Pre-published market research reports available for immediate purchase and download.
• •Custom Research: Bespoke research projects conducted to your specific requirements.
• •Consulting Services: Strategic advisory and analysis delivered by our expert team.
• •Briefing Calls: Scheduled analyst consultations for deeper market insights.
• •Digital Platform: Access to our online report library and search capabilities.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties.
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• •Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on the Claritas Intelligence platform — including reports, data, charts, analyses, text, graphics, and methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of Claritas Intelligence or our licensors.

Licence Grant: Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the purchased report for internal business purposes only.

Restrictions: You may not: - Reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our content without prior written consent. - Use reports for competitive intelligence against Claritas Intelligence. - Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings. - Create derivative works without authorisation.

Single-user licences are for one named individual only. Enterprise licences must be purchased for team or organisational use.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and purchase orders from qualifying organisations.

Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar charges applicable in your jurisdiction.

Invoicing: Enterprise clients may request invoice-based payment with net-30 terms, subject to credit approval.

Failed Payments: Access to purchased content may be suspended if payment fails and cannot be recovered within 7 days.

Due to the digital nature of our reports:

• •Syndicate Reports: Reports are non-refundable once downloaded, as they are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Please review the report overview carefully before purchasing.
• •Custom Research: Cancellations within 24 hours of project commencement may be eligible for a partial refund. See our Return Policy for full details.
• •Briefing Calls: Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full credit toward future services.
• •Defective Deliverables: If a report contains material errors or is not as described, we will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• •Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• •Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code to our platform.
• •Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform without written permission.
• •Impersonate Claritas Intelligence or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• •Use automated tools to access or interact with our services beyond normal usage patterns.
• •Circumvent any access controls or security measures.

No Warranty: Our reports and services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our research.

Market Information: Market data, projections, and forecasts are based on available information at the time of publication and are inherently subject to uncertainty. They should not be construed as financial, investment, or professional advice.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claritas Intelligence's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Claritas Intelligence, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending an email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
